In addition to the wide range of overcoming nebulizers produced by Ideal, a new one has been added.
It is DROPS SAVE, a new nebulizer which has been designed and conceived with special panels to save the drift.
Despite the little amount used, the drift and the product are saved by special breakwater boards, instead of being lost (especially in cases of scarce vegetation). Thanks to the double-adjustment of the pressure (a low one 0-20 bar for the supply – a high one 0-40 bar for different usages) and by exploiting the high pressure, the saved liquid is filtered, drained and brought back to the main tank.
This is possible thanks to a specific aspirator devised by IDEAL.
DROPS SAVE is designed to work on 2 complete rows at each passage, by right of a plantation system whose width can vary from 2.40 to 3.20 m. Furthermore, thanks to the three panel units and to the central lifting, the machine can treat vineyards which are 1.80 to 2.50m high.
The unfolding, the central lifting gear and width adjustment of the boards work through jacks equipped with an electro-hydraulic distributor and controlled by the user.
